  • You are what you eat!!!!!!!!!! Fat is technically an energy source and your body will not dispose of anything it can use.
  • Don't give up your favorite food treat completely. Just have a sensible amount of it.
  • Trim all the fat from meat before cooking it.
  • Brush your teeth immediately after your meal to discourage yourself from eating more.
  • Eat several smaller meals instead of a single large meal.
  • If you need a quick boost of energy, try a banana, lay off the sugary, high fat snacks.
  • Eat before you go shopping, as it will help remove temptation to buy junk food
  • Sometimes the trick to losing weight is to get rid of your appetite.
