Fitness Ball Knee Tuck Technique Instructions

Fitness Ball Knee Tuck
Technique - Start by positioning the fitness ball behind you and place your hands flat on the floor shoulder width apart. Extend one leg back and place the ball of your foot onto the ball. Extend the second foot back and place that onto the fitness ball as well. Keep your back straight and start the exercise once you have found your balance. Exhale as you pull your knees in towards your abs muscles allowing the fitness ball to follow in a smooth fashion. Squeeze your abs muscles inwards and hold the position for a count of 1. Inhale as you press your knees back into straight position again allowing the fitness ball to roll backwards smoothly with your legs. Keep your back straight and upper body position strong whilst maintain your balance throughout the exercise. This technique will help maintain pressure on the abs muscles and increase the overall benefits of the exercise.
